This work explores intimate spaces of my Singapore home alongside those of my Tasmanian home. It is inspired by an emotional episode relating to sifting through storage spaces full of my belongings during my last trip home to Singapore. In response, I developed this performance work creating a psychological space for myself to channel my strong emotions.

This space generated shifts in my negative emotions and helped me to release the anxiety and frustration associated with family. The process in my making treats and releases my conflicting emotions, rather than allowing them to build hysterical conditions within me.
